CONWAY, Ark. (04/24/22) – After seeing last week’s scheduled action nixed by wet weather, the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil is eyeing clear skies this weekend as they sanction a pair of events in The Natural State.

Action opens on Friday night with The Barn Burner presented by Speedway Sales and Express Sign Co. LLC at Old No. 1 Speedway (Harrisburg, Ark.) before shifting to the historic Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Ark.) on Saturday evening.

The CCSDS contingent now looks ahead to April 29-30 with a Natural State doubleheader at Old No. 1 Speedway (Harrisburg, Ark.) and Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Ark.).

Heading into the weekend’s action two-time defending CCSDS Champion, Logan Martin sits atop the latest series standings as the Midwest Sheet Metal Marked Man. Brian Rickman, B.J. Robinson, Morgan Bagley, Tyler Stevens, Mason Oberkramer, Hunter Rasdon, Kyle Beard, Scott Crigler, and Jon Kirby round out the Top 10 in the latest standings.

Tyler Stevens currently leads the way in the Midwest Sheet Metal Rookie of the Year standings.

On Friday, April 29 Old No. 1 Speedway plays host to The Barn Burner presented by Speedway Sales and Express Sign Co. LLC, which posts a $3,000 top prize. In 2021 Kyle Beard and Logan Martin claimed series wins at the ¼-mile oval.

Joining the program are IMCA Style Modifieds ($1,200-to-win), Factory Stocks ($500-to-win), and Cruisers ($500-to-win). General admission (ages 13-and-up) is $20 with children (ages 6-12) $10. Pit passes (ages 13-and-up) are $35 with children (ages 6-12) $20. Racing starts at 7:00 p.m.

On Saturday, April 30 the tour rolls into Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Ark.) for a $3,000-to-win affair. In 2021 Neil Baggett snared a thrilling series win at the ¼-mile oval.

Also in action will be the Modifieds, Mini Sprints, and Stock Cars. General admission (ages 12-and-up) is $25 with children (ages 6-11) $5 and kids (5-and-under) free. Pit passes are $35. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. and racing action at 7:30 p.m.

The tire rule for both events is a Hoosier 1350 on all four corners with a Hoosier 1600 white-dot right rear option.
